Choosing equipment for your gym
The Discovery DB670 Single Twist is an option for controlled torso-rotation practice. When planning a commercial gym, personal training studio, hotel gym or home training space, check how the station fits your users, exercise programme and available room.
Compare equipment for your training goals
Compare a standing twist station with a seated rotary-torso machine. The movement setup, resistance system and user position differ; choose around the exercise you plan to coach.
