📦 Return Eligibility

You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • The return form is completed and included

❌ Digital products (eBooks, training programmes, downloadable content) are non-refundable, in line with digital goods regulations.

📝 How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)

1️⃣ Print and complete the Return Form
2️⃣ Place the completed form inside your return package
3️⃣ Attach the Return Label to the outside of the package
4️⃣ Send the package using a tracked/recorded delivery service

⏱️ Return Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return

  • Returns received outside this window may not be accepted

 

💳 Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once completed

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • We currently do not offer free exchanges

  • We strongly recommend using tracked delivery for your protection

Zack Fitness is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
