How to use

Test the adhesive on a small skin area first. Apply only to clean, dry skin and make sure you can remove the strip immediately. Discontinue use if irritation or breathing discomfort occurs.

Do not use

Do not use if you cannot breathe freely through your nose, after alcohol or sedating medication, or if you have vomiting risk, breathing problems, suspected sleep apnoea or another relevant medical condition. Keep away from children. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about persistent snoring or sleep concerns.
